1)Various color can be coated on grey board according to per client's requirement.
2)Any thickness paperboard we can laminate,it’s more stiffer than solid board,we have a few skilled workers with 20 years of technical experience ,every step we strictly control,we adopt food grade corn starch as glue,hazardous substance free.no deformation, no mildew ,hard stiffness. Strong support for carton laminating, die-cutting, and box hardness.It was widely used for high-end gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, wine boxes and other boxes, the cover of hardcover books, folders and albums,and high grade files , etc.
3)100% recycled paper.
Product Usage:
As a kind of recycled packaging material, grey hard paperboard is widely used for making hardcover, gift box, food packaging box, cosmetic box, wine box, furniture, jigsaw puzzle, file folders, storage box, shoe boxes,various paper bags, colorful printing boxes, making stationery products,etc.
The differences for the three grades are as below:
1)Two side grey: the Brand is JADE(A grade), is made by our local paper and newspaper and recycled paper, very good quality, can be used for printing, package, stationery, etc.
2)Full grey: The brand is DIAMOND(AA grade), is made by made of imported paper and old news paper, the quality is very good, very strong stiffness, even better than JADE, can be used for luxary package and printing.
3)Full side grey with smooth surface: GLOSSY AA, it is same as DIAMOND, but the surface is very smooth and very stiff, the best quality in grey board field.
Our grey hard paperboard can be produced by different thickness, different sheet and reel size. Our grey hard paperboard can be widely used for Hardcover book material, Book cover material, Photo frame, Boxes material, Desk calendar, Shirt accessories, Folder cover, Arch file or other stationery.
